Our Service
Bending
Bending is a which metal can be bended into various different angles. We can bend many different materials such as sheet metal, steel pipe, steel rod, and more. We have 20 over bending machines.
Turret Punching
Turret punching is a metalworking process of impressing a form on a surface by pressure or percussion with a steel punch tool. We have 2 punching machines, with 100 over toolings.
Stamping
Metal stamping is a cold-forming manufacturing process that uses press machines and custom dies to transform flat metal sheets (blanks or coils) into specific shapes. We have 10 stamping machines with 100 over toolings.
Laser Cutting
Laser cutting is a non contact process which utilizes a laser to cut metals with high quality and dimensionally accurate. Laser cutting materials include aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, and more. We have 5 laser machines.
Powder Coating
Powder coating is a dry finishing process created by an electric charge that causes a dry powder to fuse the surface of the metal, which is then baked in a curing oven to achieve a smooth coating. We have 2 powder coating ovens.
Assembly & Testing
We work and design with our clients, helping them to assemble high volume products such as DB boxes, conveyors, testing machines and more. Currently we have more than 5 contract assembly lines and looking for more.
Wiring
After we helping clients to assemble their products, we also provide wiring and testing service for them. This makes us a one stop solution center to make your product design into reality.
Precision Engineering
Precision engineering is a specialized discipline focused on designing and manufacturing components, tools, and machines with extremely high accuracy, tight tolerances. We have lathing, milling, turning and more.
Stainless Steel Welding
We provide TIG/MIG/Laser welding as usual, and also clean welding (or weld cleaning), which is the post-weld removal of oxidation, heat tint, and contaminants from metal surfaces. We can tackle stainless steel/cleanroom welding.
Site Installation
We help to physically setting up, positioning, and configuring equipment, machinery, or systems directly at a client’s location or project site.

Contractors with CIDB Level 6 certification are eligible to bid for government and large private sector projects. This level of certification often allows them to tender for projects with higher values and complexities.

Our Story
From small beginnings, the company began in 2006 as an industrial automation and metal fabricator in a small factory located in Subang Jaya. The company was founded by Director Andy Wong JN alongside a group of engineers and technicians. Over the years, the company has grown from 3 men to a current workforce of 80+ personnel. It’s all down to our talented people that makes up the Bell Hon family, and our willingness to adapt and invest in new technologies and processes. At Bell Hon we believe to always look at the next chapter and continue to strive for more growth and ambitious goals.
